During the project, were optimized the work systems of each of the manufacturing areas through the design and implementation of procedures that guarantee the cycle of continuous improvement, tools, policies, management indicators, prioritization and targeting of efforts, detection, and analysis of root causes, to take more accurate preventive and corrective actions for the benefit of the company.

Some of the benefits obtained during the project are:

• Increased productivity of the 8-pack line by 33%.
• Increased productivity of the 12-pack line by 43%.
• Increased productivity of the Junior line by 42%.
• Reduction of overtime of temporary operators in the Multipack area by 63%.
• Reduction of Sunday overtime in Maintenance by 77%. 
• 70% reduction in dough and fruit thrust in reference changes from light to dark in line MZ.
• Increased productivity of quality analysts by 7%.
• Optimization in analysis time by better sequencing in 29%.

We will continue to monitor savings as results will expect to improve through the maturation of work systems and the final recommendations of the advisory team. With the results obtained so far, quantifying the annualized impacts gives a return of 216% on the investment made.
